GameBoy Advance a sell-out!

With Nintendo's first harware release since the Nintendo 64 in 1996, the GameBoy Advance is one of the best in history. Nintendo sold 500,000 GameBoy Advances in it's release week. Shortages are supposed to be limited as Nintendo shipped another 100,000 units over the weekend. The GBA, which was released in the US on June 11, shows superiority over the GameBoy and GameBoy Color. Some of its features is it is backward compatable with GameBoy and GameBoy Color games. It's screen is 50% bigger than the previous handhelds and its picture is sharper that if it was on a 27-inch television. Nintendo expects to sell 1 million units by the end of June and 23 million by March 2002.
